Requirements:
- Irssi
- Perl LWP::UserAgent Module
- Perl JSON Module
- Perl JSON::XS Module

Install irssibook.pl to /home/username/.irssi/scripts
In irssi:
/script load irssibook.pl
Follow the on screen instructions ;-).
